The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly at Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news, recap what’s happened at the blog, and talk about things coming up. Let’s go!
Weekly Wrap Up
This post is coming to you from College Park, Maryland! The hubs and I came up here for a Nebraska volleyball game. We’ve been to several of these now and it’s always a fun time. These ladies are amazing! Our team won, as they usually do – they are #1 in the country right now – and Nebraska fans are so fervent and loyal, they almost always break attendance records for games at other schools.
Since we were this close to Washington, DC, we also went to the National Air and Space Museum, which was really cool. I was more interested in the space stuff, and my husband is a huge history buff who loved all the WWI and WWII planes and memorabilia. It was a lot of fun, but a LOT of walking.

We’re heading back this morning, but it’s only about a six hour drive. Not too bad.

What a fun weekend—the volleyball game sounds like quite an experience! I love the Smithsonian too, especially the Air and Space Museum, and it’s been far too many years since I’ve visited. Happy Reading!
We’ve been to several volleyball games now and it’s so much fun!
I’m aware the Nebraska fans are loyal:). My daughter-in-law is a volley-ball player – Zoe Fleck (now Jarvis) and has recently moved to Atlanta to play in one of the professional leagues. She played for the Texas Long-Horns when they won the College League a few years ago.
The National Air and Space Museum looks fabulous – like you, I’d be more interested in the space stuff while Himself would be geeking out on the WWI and WWII displays. Have a great week:).
That’s really cool! Hubby is much more into the sports stuff, but I usually tag along when I can because it’s so much fun.
The National Air and Space Museum sounds fascinating.
It was really cool!
Looks like a fun trip! Thanks for sharing.
