WWW Wednesday for 5/27/15

www_wednesdays4WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature formerly hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading (now A Daily Rhythm). Three questions, three answers. Go!

What are you currently reading?

A bunch of things, actually. I’m reading My Soul to Take by Rachel Vincent. I’m also reading One Good Knight by Mercedes Lackey in an effort to work on finishing that series. I’m also rereading The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins, mostly because the other two books I’m reading are e-books and I wanted a physical book to read before I go to bed. That and it’s awesome.

What did you recently finish reading?

Most recently, I reread the Splintered series by A. G. Howard. All three books. Yes, I did just read those earlier this year. They had to be read again. They were calling to me, demanding it.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Well, all of the books I’m currently reading are part of a series, so I’ll probably just continue on. That would be My Soul to Save by Rachel Vincent, Fortune’s Fool by Mercedes Lackey, and Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins.

Those are my answers for the week! Please leave yours in comments!

  1. I want to re-read ‘The Hunger Games’ before the final movie comes out in December. I’m curious how much changed with Hoffman’s death and how much they were able to keep the same.

Not sure if you heard, but MissB stopped hosting WWW Wednesday and allowed me to take it over. Please add your link to the comments on my post for today so other WWWers can find out what you’re reading. Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!

    • Yay! I was hoping someone would take it over, but didn’t know who was doing it! I will definitely post it over there.

It will be interesting to see how that last movie ties everything up. I’m excited to see it.

  2. I’ve read The Hunger Games series twice (awesome, as you say!) but am woefully behind with the films due to having a small child and not getting to the cinema. Really must get round to renting films 2 and 3. Not sure they can be as good as the books though!

I’ll be reading the first of the Divergent series soon… it’ll have to do a lot to measure up to the Hunger Games.

Here’s my WWW Wednesday post: https://clairehuston.wordpress.com/2015/05/27/www-wednesday-27-05-15/

    • Divergent has a very similar feel to The Hunger Games, although I enjoyed The Hunger Games more. Not that I didn’t like the Divergent series – I read the whole trilogy. Hope you enjoy it too.
