WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!

What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading The Circle: Taken by Sage Sask. I just got a review copy for this and will be posting about it next week. Also still making progress with Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling. Finally got back to my Chapter-A-Long posts this week, which makes me happy.

What did you recently finish reading?

I finished The Raven’s Tale by Cat Winters and I loved it so much! Review will be posted tomorrow, so look for that.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I have two blog tours coming up in May that I need to get ready for: Art of Death by Becca Vincenza and The Bone Charmer by Breeana Shields. Other than that, I plan on reading Kushiel’s Avatar by Jacqueline Carey after I finish Empire of Storms.

What are you reading this week? Anything good?

WWW New

Hello everyone! Had to take a couple days off to deal with some personal matters, but I am back and have a whole bunch of stuff to talk about this week!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!

What are you currently reading?

So many things! This is what happens when you take a break. I started The Raven’s Tale by Cat Winters and oh my goodness is this book perfect for me! I am so glad I got this one for review on NetGalley! The other book I got lucky enough to read is S.S.S.: Year One by Yumoyori Wilson. This is another book tour I got selected for through Rockstar Book Tours, so I am excited to dive in. I’ve only read the first couple of chapters, but it is really fun. Sort of a paranormal/urban fantasy/mystery vibe to it.

Also still making slow progress on Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas. I am enjoying it, but trying to get through the review copies has slowed me down a bit. Also still reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling and will hopefully pick up my Chapter-A-Long posts either later this week or next week. This means I probably won’t finish the book by the end of the month for the #PotterheadReadAlong19, but that’s okay. I’d rather keep doing the Chapter-A-Longs rather than just rush to finish it.

What did you recently finish reading?

The last book I finished was The Wrythe and the Reckoning by Yvonthia Leland for NetGalley. You can read my review here. This book was really odd, which I hated, because I really don’t like writing negative reviews, but I also have to be honest.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Since things are a bit weird right now, my reading might slow down a bit over the next few weeks until things even back out again. I did get approved for two more book tours in May, which is exciting: Art of Death by Becca Vincenza and The Bone Charmer by Breeana Shields. Other than that, I plan on jumping back into the world of Terre D’Ange with Kushiel’s Avatar by Jacqueline Carey to finish up that trilogy, but I probably won’t start that one until after I finish Empire of Storms.

Hope you are all having a good week!

What are you currently reading?

This week, if you haven’t seen it yet, I started reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling for my Chapter-A-Long series. Looking forward to continuing this challenge to myself. Also still reading Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas, book #5 in the Throne of Glass series. I’ve slowed down with this one again, but hope to pick back up on it in the next few weeks.

What did you recently finish reading?

Not quite finished, but I’m listing it here anyway, because I will probably finish it in the next hour or so: The Wrythe and the Reckoning by Yvonthia Leland. To be honest, I am only finishing this out of loyalty to NetGalley, because this one is hard. Review will be up tomorrow and I will go into more detail, but I am very glad this one is over.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Tomorrow, I will be starting The Raven’s Tale by Cat Winters, another NetGalley ARC. I’m hoping this one will be better than The Wrythe and the Reckoning has been. I’ve heard good things about it and the author seems really nice – she responded to me on Twitter, which was cool. I love when authors can interact with their fans! After finishing Empire of Storms, I plan on jumping back into Terre D’Ange and reading Kushiel’s Avatar by Jacqueline Carey, the last book in the Phédre Trilogy.

That sums up my current reading week. Are you reading anything good? If so, please share your WWW in comments!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!

What are you currently reading?

I restarted Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas this week, so I could get fresh eyes on it. I had so many things come up so quickly with the book tour, I couldn’t remember what was going on. I wasn’t too far in before, so it’s not a big deal. I’m also still reading The Wrythe and the Reckoning by Yvonthia Leland for NetGalley and I gotta say, it’s weird. I’ll have the review up next week and go into more detail there, but it is taking me a while to dig through it. Also, obviously, I’m still reading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling for my Chapter-A-Long project.

What did you recently finish reading?

I finally finished Kushiel’s Chosen by Jacqueline Carey! This makes me so happy! One more book down in Phédre’s Trilogy, only one more book to go! Which brings me to . . .

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m going to hold off starting Kushiel’s Avatar by Jacqueline Carey, the third and final book in the trilogy, until I finish reading Empire of Storms. I want to focus on getting that one finished before I start a new one. Besides, Kushiel’s Avatar is another long book – all those books are. It’s not the longest (that’s the first one), but it’s still over 700 pages. It will take me a while to get through, but it will also count towards my Complete the Series challenge, because I will be DONE! Also, after I finish The Wrythe and the Reckoning, I will need to start The Raven’s Tale by Cat Winter, my next ARC for NetGalley, which comes out next month.

Are you reading anything good right now? Let me know in comments!

What are you currently reading?

I just started The Wrythe and the Reckoning by Yvonthia Leland. This is another NetGalley ARC, so I’m really excited to get started on it. I am making slow progress with Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas and Kushiel’s Chosen by Jacqueline Carey because I had to set some stuff aside this week. For a good reason though!

What did you recently finish?

I got approved for my first blog tour, in case you missed my post this morning, which was super exciting!! It also meant that I needed to quickly read through two books The Shadow Watch and The Rage of Saints by S.A. Klopfenstein. They were both so good, y’all! I was so excited to get to review them, which is why I dropped everything to get started.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Other than continuing with the series I’m working on, the next book I will probably be reading is The Raven’s Tale by Cat Winters. This is another ARC, due out April 16th.

That’s what my reading week looks like. What are you up to?

WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On A World Of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!

What are you currently reading?

Just started Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas this morning. This will be book #5 of the Throne of Glass series, which is super exciting because the last book ended with a bang. Literally! Also reading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling, as you could probably tell from my Chapter-A-Long posts. Also still reading Kushiel’s Chosen by Jacqueline Carey, which has gotten very exciting. One word: pirates! I also recently started Never-Contented Things by Sarah Porter, my next ARC from NetGalley. It’s doing some weird, twisty things, which y’all know I enjoy.

What did you recently finish reading?

I finished Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling last week for #PotterheadReadAlong19. Also finished book #4 of the Throne of Glass series, Queen of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas, just this morning.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Other than the next books in the series that I’m currently reading (which would be Tower of Dawn by Sarah J. Maas, Kushiel’s Avatar by Jacqueline Carey, and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling), the only other thing I will be starting soon will be The Wrythe and the Reckoning by Yvonthia Leland. This is another NetGalley ARC, coming out April 5th, so I’ll want to start reading it in the next couple of weeks.

Hope everyone is having a good week! Happy reading!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!

What are you currently reading?

I am about halfway through Queen of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas, book 4 in the Throne of Glass series. Moving right along there! Also still reading Kushiel’s Chosen by Jacqueline Carey and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling, although I will be finishing that one up either today or tomorrow.

What did you recently finish reading?

Finished book 3 of the Throne of Glass series, Heir of Fire, last week around WWW time.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Honestly, other than continuing in the three series I am reading, I’m not sure. I’ve signed up for a few book tours, but I don’t know if I’m going to be chosen for any of them (I’ve never done one before). I do have some NetGalley reviews coming up in March and April, the first of those being Never-Contented Things by Sarah Porter, which I am very much looking forward to reading.

What is everyone else up to this week?
