Ten Things That Make Up My Perfect Day

This is such a nice, feel-good topic for today! Here are the things I came up with. Obviously, not all of these could be done in the same day, but these are some things I would love to do to make up a perfect day:

A day off from work. I feel bad even saying that, since I truly love my job and my coworkers, but especially this time of year, an extra day off would be nice.
Playing boardgames with my husband. We hardly have time to do this anymore and having a nice, leisurely gaming day would be lovely.
Playing video games with my daughter. Another thing that we haven’t had time to do lately. Fire up some Minecraft, hop onto our server, and be silly.
Watching BTS concert videos with my mom. My favorite music with one of my favorite people. It’s just a feel-good day all around.
Several hours to just sit and read. Sadly, I have to try and “schedule” reading time these days, as my schedule gets wonky sometimes.
The perfect temperature. For me, this is around 68° F. A crisp day at the perfect temperature, with the skies clear and blue. Or . . .
A nice gloomy day with some rumbles of thunder in the distance. I’ll be honest, I love both of these. I also would love . .
A chilly, snowy day. Not enough snow to cause major issues, but just enough that I don’t have to go anywhere and can sit by the window watching the flakes fall.
A full day to be able to sit and crochet while watching YouTube videos. I do manage to do this quite a bit for little chunks of time, but getting to do this for a full day would be sooooo relaxing.
A road trip, especially one where we can stop and visit random roadside attractions. My dream would be to just pick a freeway or interstate highway and travel it from end to end. Just to see what’s there and where it goes.
