The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly at Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news, recap what’s happened at the blog, and talk about things coming up. Let’s go!
Weekly Wrap Up
Not as much to report this week, as things have been fairly quiet. Work has continued to get busier and a bit more stressful but that’s to be expected. It’s going to get worse before it gets better, unfortunately. October and especially November are my busiest working months of the year. And I don’t mind being busy, don’t get me wrong. It’s better than things being really slow. But it is a lot of work and can get very tiring.
On top of that, I’m starting rehearsals for my next show tomorrow. The show is called Baker Street and is a Sherlock Holmes musical. I had never heard of it before, but thought it might be fun. The soundtrack is . . . eh, a bit disappointing, especially coming off Ragtime, but we’ll see how it goes. I’m in the ensemble and from what I’ve listened to so far, the ensemble parts are fairly small. That’s fine by me.
The main thing that I am excited about right now is . . . I will be having a Grand Re-Opening of my Etsy shop! I have so many new things to post over there. My daughter and I did a photoshoot last weekend to get all the pictures ready. I just need to get all the listings and descriptions finished up. My goal is to have everything done and social media posts up by November 1st. Here is a sneak peak, just for my blog buddies.
