What did you recently finish reading?

Can I start off by saying that it is so hard to believe that it is March already! This year is already going by so fast!

This week, I finished two very big books. I finished Chain of Gold and Chain of Iron, both by Cassandra Clare. These are the first two books in The Last Hours trilogy and they were both so good. I don’t know how Clare does it. Her books are huge, like 600-800 pages long, but they just fly by because they pull you in so much. I love it!

What are you currently reading?

As you probably guessed, I am currently reading Chain of Thorns by Cassandra Clare. You didn’t think I was going to get this far and not finish the trilogy, did you? On second thought, I do have a history of not finishing series, so don’t answer that. I only just started this one and it’s the longest of the three, so it might take a while.

Also, can we just talk about how gorgeous these covers are!

What do you think you’ll read next?

Going for something completely different next, since I’ve been reading some pretty heavy fantasy series. I need to dive back into whittling away at my TBR, so I decided I would read The Glass House by Emily St. John Mandel. I read Station Eleven several years ago, but never read any of her other work. Now is as good a time as any!
