Added to Goodreads is a weekly feature where I share three books that I’ve discovered over the last week and give shoutouts to the bloggers who have reviewed or recommended them. Let’s get to it, shall we?
First up, we have The Wolf Gate by Hanna Sandvig. This is a retelling of the fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood, and y’all know that I love a good fairy tale retelling. Although it’s actually been a while since I’ve read one. Hmm. This book is a new release this month and Stephanie at Books Less Travelled Reviews was lucky enough to snag an ARC. Be sure to check out her review here. Also, that cover art is absolutely stunning!!
Next up, we have Twisted Beauty by Kristen Flood. This is also appears to be a fairy tale retelling, this time taking on Beauty and the Beast. From what I have seen, this is a new and different take on the story, which sounds very interesting. This book will be released in April 2021 and is currently on a blog tour. If you want more information, including an excerpt from the book, be sure to check out this post by Stefanie at The Magic of Wor(l)ds.
Finally, our last book for today is The Three Mrs. Wrights by Linda Keir. This is a brand new book that will be released tomorrow! Happy early book birthday! Definitely different from the other two books I mentioned in this post, this one is more of a contemporary mystery/thriller. Not what I usually read, but this one also sounds really interesting. Evelyn at Evelyn Reads was able to get an ARC from NetGalley and posted her review here. She loved it and couldn’t put it down!
