Added to GoodReads – 9/14/20

Added to Goodreads is a weekly feature where I share three books that I’ve discovered over the last week and give shoutouts to the bloggers who have reviewed or recommended them. It’s so nice to bring this one back! I’ve missed doing it! Plus it gives me more motivation to read more of the blogs I follow, which I don’t always have time to do.

Let’s jump in, shall we?

First up, we have Of Ash & Shadow by Sarah King. This is the first book in the Triskelion series and is currently in the middle of its blog tour. Be sure to check out this post by Cat at Pages and Plots to read an excerpt from the book and see more about the tour. You know how much I like stories about the fey, so this one sounds really good!

Next up, check out Maya and the Rising Dark by Rena Barron. This is also the first book in a series, a MG contemporary fantasy that also brings in a lot of mythology from West Africa. For more information, be sure to check out this review by Lori at The Reading Fairy – she loved this book and put this author on her auto-buy list!

Finally, let’s look at Firefly Lane by Kristin Hannah. This book sounds absolutely captivating, detailing the life long friendship between Tully and Kate and all the twists and turns that life brings. To find out more, check out this beautiful review shared by Meg at The Bookish Linguist. She loved this book and wants to read a lot more from this author.

That’s it for me today. If you have a review that you would like featured, either a review you wrote or one that you read and loved, please leave them in comments!
