WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!
What are you currently reading?
So many things, y’all. I am finding that I keep forgetting books that I am going to start reading, which is why last week for the “what are you going to read next” question, I forgot to put down Altered by Vicki Stiefel. This is for another blog tour later next month. I have several of those, which is fun. I’m also reading How the Light Gets In by Katy Upperman and Perfect Pitch by Alex Hayes (Chameleon Effect series book #2), both also for blog tours. I am also still making progress on Kingdom of Ash by Sarah J. Maas and I am still working through Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowling for my Chapter-A-Long feature here on the blog.
What did you recently finish reading?
I finished Silken Scales by Alex Hayes (book #1 in the Chameleon Effect series) the end of last week, and finished Ever Alice by H.J. Ramsay yesterday. You’ll see my review for Ever Alice tomorrow, but you’ll have to wait until August 9th for Silken Scales, since it’s part of the blog tour. I also very quickly read You Were Here by Cori McCarthy, which was so good, I needed to immediately blog about it. You can find my review here.
What do you think you’ll read next?
Looking at my schedule this time, I see that I have another NetGalley review coming up soon: The Art of Taxidermy by Sharon Kernot. I will be starting that one in the next week or so. After that, I’m not sure. I have a few blog tour requests I’m waiting to hear back on, as well as some more NetGalley books I need to ask about. I need to focus on finishing Kingdom of Ash, so I may just double down on it before I get too many more new reads. That would put me closer to meeting my “Complete the Series” goal for this year. I wanted to finish up three series that I had previously started, and this would be #2! Which is cool!
Please leave your WWW in comments! I love to hear what you all are reading!

You Were Here sounds pretty amazing based on your review, so I’m adding it to my TBR. Here’s my WWW: https://greatmorrisonmigration.wordpress.com/2019/07/31/www-wednesdays-july-31-2019/
It was really really really good.
Wow that’s a lot of current reads! I keep meaning to continue the Throne Of Glass series… But just thinking about the size of book 6 and 7 makes me shudder. xD Have a wonderful week and happy reading!
Yeah, they are quite large. Book 7 is going to take me a while! Especially since I have so much other stuff that I’m reading with it (and adding more – I think I have a problem).
