WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Go!
What are you currently reading?
Between some stressful home stuff (teenagers can be a handful at times) and being in another community theatre production (what is sleep, I’ve forgotten), I haven’t been reading all that much, although I did finally meet my GoodReads goal for the year. The only reading I’ve been wanting to do are comfortable re-reads, so I am currently re-reading Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins, the final book in The Hunger Games trilogy. I am also re-reading The Iron Knight by Julie Kagawa, the fourth book in The Iron Fey series. It has been a while since I’ve read these and I’ve enjoyed reading them again.
What did you recently finish reading?
Well, to state the obvious, I recently finished The Hunger Games and Catching Fire, both by Suzanne Collins, as well as the other Iron Fey books by Julie Kagawa (The Iron King, The Iron Daughter, and The Iron Queen). Before that, I did a splurge of reading by the Green brothers – a re-read of Paper Towns by John Green and a new read of An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green. Both excellent.
What do you think you’ll read next?
There is a sequel series to The Iron Fey series that I have never read, so I might do that. I really enjoy Julie Kagawa’s writing and her imagining of the world of faerie. The first book in that is The Lost Prince. This will depend on whether I can track it down from the library though. With Christmas coming, I don’t have a big book buying budget at the moment.
So that’s my week in books. What are you up to?

Ah, yes, teenagers can definitely be a handful…and even when they turn into twenty-somethings, the world of prolonged adolescence! LOL
Enjoy your week, and your books sound like a great distraction. Here’s MY WWW POST
I read some of The Iron Fey books. I always intended to finish them! I hope you can find the books!

I understand just wanting to do re-reads if life is intense. I re-read Anne of Green Gables almost every year for that reason – something light and fun that I know I will enjoy. I too do not have a big book-buying budget (zero-actually), but a good portion of my Christmas wishlist is books, so maybe I will get some more books that way! Happy Holidays and Happy Reading (when you have time)! Here is my WWW post: https://greatmorrisonmigration.wordpress.com/2018/12/19/www-wednesdays-december-19-2018/
Well done for completing your Goodreads goal! Impressive! I’m about 6 books away, hopefully I’ll manage it.
