Book Blogger Hop – August 14, 2026

Book Blogger Hop is a weekly feature hosted by Billy at Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. Each week, a new book related question is posted and everyone can share their answers. This week’s question is:

Is there a book you keep coming back to, reading it more than once?

There used to be a lot more books that I would constantly re-read, but over the past few years, I’ve been mostly focusing on books and authors that are new to me. There are a few that I will always keep coming back to though. First and foremost would probably be The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins. It seems like I read that series once every year or so. Another one that has come up a lot is the Splintered series by A.G. Howard, whenever I need to get my Alice in Wonderland fix. I think I will also always love re-reading any of the Shadowhunter books by Cassandra Clare. There are so many smaller series and trilogies within that story world and all of them are slightly different and unique in their own ways. Lastly, while I haven’t done a re-read in a while, I have read the Shadow World series by Dianne Sylvan many, many times, as these are my go-to vampire books if I’m feeling in the mood.

Be sure to check out the other answers of this week’s Book Blogger Hop and let me know which books you keep returning to!

  1. I generally only have time for new books. I have about 120 books on my physical TBR list too so I won’t be reading reading any time soon 😂 I do love The Shadow Hunter series though and the film and TV series 😂

    Have a great weekend!

  2. I used to reread a lot more too, but there are always a few favorites that are worth returning to. I love that you have different go-to series depending on what you’re in the mood for. Happy Reading!
