www-wednesday

WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!

What did you recently finish reading?

I only finished one book last week, but it was an important one – Harvest Song by Yasmine Galenorn, book #20 in the Otherworld/Sisters of the Moon series. Given how much I’ve been talking about this series, you can probably guess why I’m so excited to be this close to finishing it. Which brings me to . . .

What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading Blood Bonds by Yasmine Galenorn, the 21st and FINAL book in the Otherworld/Sisters of the Moon series! I AM SO EXCITED! I never actually thought that I would finish this series this year, but I have ten days left and should easily finish it in that amount of time. I am also still reading A Beautifully Foolish Endeavor by Hank Green and, oh boy, did that book just take a weird turn! It was already a bit weird (in a good way), but now I don’t know what’s happening. I’m also still reading Daughter of the Moon Goddess by Sue Lynn Tan with the folks over at Fable. It’s a beautiful read, a bit predictable so far, but the prose is so lovely and dreamlike, I don’t care. I just want to get lost in it.

What do you think you’ll read next?

The only thing I know for sure that I will be reading next is Heart of the Sun Warrior by Sue Lynn Tan. I definitely want to finish up this series – it’s only a duology, so that’s easy to do. That will probably be the first book I start in 2023. Other than that, I am not sure where I’m going next. With the holidays and the new year coming up, I have some planning to do. I need to decide what I want to do for goals next year, reading and otherwise. It’s so hard to believe that 2022 is almost over! Where did the time go?

  1. I can’t believe how fast this year has gone!

A good mix of books. I like books with weird turns as long as it is cleverly done and makes sense!

    Have a great week!
