www-wednesday

WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!

What did you recently finish reading?

Sigh. There’s been a lot going on.

Okay, since last post, I have finished four books. Two of them were really short, so it isn’t as impressive as it sounds. I finally finished Truth of the Divine by Lindsay Ellis and it was soooo good! Even better than the first book in the series, and I really enjoyed that one. I know Lindsay is going through a rough time right now, but I do hope she can finish this series. Take all the time she needs, of course, and take care of herself first and foremost, but still . . . I need to know what happens!

I also finished the first of my assigned blog tour books – Blood and Fire by Kim Mullican. It was a really fun paranormal read. You can check out my post for the tour here in case you missed it.

I’m also prepping for my next blog tour, which is at the end of March. In my last WWW, I mentioned that this one was book #9 in the Fairy Tales of the Magicorum series, which means I need to speed read the first eight books to prepare. Luckily some of these are more novella size so it should be easy to do. I managed to finish two of them this week: Wolves and Roses and Moonlight and Midtown by Christina Bauer. I really like how the series has started off so far.

What are you currently reading?

I’m continuing with the Magicorum series, of course, with the third book, Shifters and Glyphs by Christina Bauer. I am also continuing with the Otherworld/Sisters of the Moon series – I had put it on hold briefly while finishing a few other things, but I went ahead and started Demon Mistress by Yasmine Galenorn, which is the sixth book in the series. I also finally started Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs. I’ve been talking about reading that one for a while now, so I’m finally getting to it.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m working through three series at the moment, so this question is fairly simple – I’m just going to keep on with things. That means I will be reading Slippers and Thieves by Christina BauerBone Magic by Yasmine Galenorn, and Hollow City by Ransom Riggs. That’s the nice thing with series. It takes the guess work out of your next read. Something can always sneak up and surprise me like these blog tours did, and I’m always open to anything, so you never know. I guess we’ll see what the future brings!

Please leave your WWW in comments!
