Hello and welcome to a new week! Finally getting back into the swing of things after vacation with a new AtG post! Added to GoodReads is a weekly feature where I share new books I’ve heard about and the bloggers who reviewed them.
- With the Fire On High by Elizabeth Acevedo – Check out the review for this book by Lori at Lori’s Bookshelf Reads. She loved the book and gave it 5 stars, thoroughly enjoying the characters and the themes it discussed.
- The Parallax by Morgan G. Farris – This is actually the third book of a series (The Chalam Faerytales) and I’m not sure if it’s the last book or not. It’s definitely the most recent, having been released last week. Check out this review over at The Book Dutchesses, as well as their links to the previous books’ reviews as well.
- Something to Live For by Richard Roper – I’m going to add this to the list of books I might not have looked at if not for seeing it reviewed by a fellow book blogger. Check out this review by Cleo at Cleopatra Loves Books. Also, according to GoodReads, it looks like it may have an alternate title, How Not to Die Alone. So keep that in mind if you go looking for it? I guess?
