What are you currently reading?
Currently reading two books: The Two Towers by J.R.R. Tolkien, of course. I shared my teaser for that one yesterday. The other book I am currently reading is Harry Potter and the Cursed Child by J.K. Rowling, John Tiffany, and Jack Thorne. I will be continuing my scene by scene analysis and discussion on Fridays (you can read my first post here).
What did you recently finish reading?
Obviously, I just finished reading The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien, followed by a long overdue re-watching of the movie. Good stuff!
What do you think you’ll read next?
I will go straight into The Return of the King after I finish reading The Two Towers (and after watching the corresponding movie). After that (or maybe during that), I will be reading Rose Blood by A.G. Howard. I don’t know much about it, but I LOVE this author (she’s the one who wrote the Splintered series, which was a retelling of Alice in Wonderland which was AMAZING!). It has something to do with the Phantom of the Opera though, which is one of my all time favorite things, so it should be good.
