This week’s teaser is from Elevation of the Marked by March McCarron.
He’d be shocked the attendant had given him alcohol – it would see Quade hadn’t given any stipulations to the train attendants. With the absence of his drug, he needed something, anything, to dull his senses. Spirits, grant me anything but a sharp mind. He snorted at the double meaning.
Things aren’t going well for this guy. Poor Peer!

It’s funny, but back in the day, it seemed like I mostly did re-reads of old books instead of reading anything new. That has definitely changed over the years! I don’t get to re-read my favorites as much as I would like, but here are the ones I always love to turn back to.

- Truly, Devious by Maureen Johnson
- Mosquitoland by David Arnold

Now I just need to find the time to read them!

Life With No Plot 
I just read the newest Hunger Games book and I agree. I need to reread the entire series!
Sunrise on the Reaping was SO GOOD!! I love that whole series and could easily read it over and over again.
I need to reread The Night Circus again soon! I love that book so much.
One of my all time favorites.
I haven’t thought about Feed in years, but it was such a good story.
I loved the whole series. Haven’t read them in a long time, so maybe I need to find a time to do so.
I hope you get the opportunity to reread some of your favorites.

Thanks! It will probably be a while, since I’m trying to whittle away some other book lists, but hopefully soon.
I’d definitely like to find time to re-read The Hunger Games Trilogy too!
I listened to the audiobooks earlier this year. It was fun experiencing the story in a new way.
I want to re-read The Ten Thousand Doors Of January as well, and I wouldn’t say no to Mosquitoland and The Night Circus.
So many books, so little time.
The Hunger Games series is on my list today, too. I also really enjoyed the Truly, Devious series. I reread the first few books last year so I could catch up in the series. It’s amazing how many details I had forgotten!

I really liked the first few Truly, Devious books, but they sort of went a bit down hill for me after that. Once they left the school, it wasn’t as good, since the school felt like a character in and of itself. Does that make sense?
