BOOK BLOGGER HOP: February 7, 2025

Book Blogger Hop is a weekly feature hosted by Billy at Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. Each week, a new book related question is posted and everyone can share their answers. This week’s question is:

Do you prefer to read series one book after another, or can you read other books in between?

I definitely prefer to read series together, one book after another. Can I read other books in between? Probably, but once I get into a story world, I usually just want to stay there.

Be sure to check out the other answers of this week’s Book Blogger Hop and let me know if you read your series together!

  1. I wish I was a series reader, so many look good, and I try but get bored after a few of the books

  2. Your response to this week’s question reminded me that it can depend on the type of series it is for me. Mysteries and romance books often can stand alone on their own so it isn’t as big a deal if I stop between books and move on, but it can make a difference when I’m reading a connected trilogy or fantasy series in which the books are very much dependent on each other. Then I might not want to put too much space between books. A lot depends on my reading mood though. Too much of one series or even a genre and I burn out. I hope you have a great weekend!

  3. I can understand that. I used to read one after the other when I was younger. Now I’m too into Blog Tours and don’t have the time to read one after the other 😂

    Have a great weekend!
