WWW Wednesday – January 18, 2023

WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!

What did you recently finish reading?

Since last week, I not only finished two books, but I finished a series! I finished both The Prophet of Yonwood and The Diamond of Darkhold by Jeanne DuPrau, the third and fourth books in the Books of Ember series. This means that I get to check this off of my “Complete the Series” challenge, and it’s not even February yet! Yay!

What are you currently reading?

As of right now, the only book that I am actively reading is Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin. It’s taken me a while to read this one since I’ve been reading along with a book club, but I should finish it sometime this week. I will say that it is very good. I almost don’t know how to talk about it, it’s that good.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’ve decided that I am probably going to try and just read one book at a time instead of having several books going at once. I always feel like I’m going to read more that way, but that’s not always the case. The next book that I will start, probably either tomorrow or later today, will be The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton. I have had this on my shelf for quite a while and I’m really looking forward to finally reading it. The premise sounds really weird, and y’all know how much I like weird!
