WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!

What did you recently finish reading?

I am so excited that I finished Legendary by Stephanie Garber this week. This is book #2 of the Caraval series and I am so in love with it! I loved the first book so much, but the second book was even better. I’ve heard from a few people that book #3 is the best of them all, so I cannot wait!

No other books finished this week, unfortunately, but that’s okay. I’ve been averaging around a book per week to finish, with the occasional outlier weeks. I’m actually trying to find the best way to get all of the books from my TBR post yesterday finished up by the end of the summer. Keeping my fingers crossed that I can do it!

What are you currently reading?

I just started FInale by Stephanie Garber, the third and final Caraval book, yesterday evening. I’m only a few chapters in so far but I can already feel like this one is going to be very different from the other two. This series is a lot about magic but it’s also the story of two sisters. The third book is the first one so far where there sisters are actually together and not forced apart for various reasons. Let’s just say that there are a lot of things going on and I can’t wait to see how everything turns out. This entire series has been nothing but twists and turns so far, but it’s been such a fun ride. I’ll miss it when it’s over

I’m also still reading Bone Magic by Yasmine Galenorn, and be proud of me – I actually made some progress on it this week! I need to keep going with it because I really want to move on to the next one. This series is about three sisters and each book is told from the point of view of one of them, alternating every three books. This book is . . . not from my favorite of the sisters. She’s fine and all, I don’t dislike her, but the middle sister is definitely my favorite. And the next book is hers, which means I really need to get a move on.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Once I finish Bone Magic, I will be reading Harvest Hunting by Yasmine Galenorn, book #8 of the Otherworld/Sisters of the Moon series. Book #8 out of . . . 21. This series is so long! Luckily the books go pretty quickly once you get going, but still. I doubt I will finish this series this year. Not unless I pick up the pace a LOT.

I’m also going to be picking up Still Just a Geek by Wil Wheaton. This is a book I have really been looking forward to. I’ve loved Wil since his Star Trek TNG days and rediscovered him several years ago as the host of a YouTube series called TableTop. He is the main reason why my family is so obsessed with boardgames, a fact that would probably make him very happy if he knew. I don’t read a lot of memoirs, but I really wanted to read this one.
