WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!
What did you recently finish reading?
I haven’t finished any new books since last week. Reading a bit slowly over the past few days because I’ve been watching and reading the news a lot. Which I probably shouldn’t do, as it’s not doing good things to my mental health.
What are you currently reading?
Still currently reading The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien, Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia, and The Rules for Breaking by Ashley Elston. I also started reading Golden by Melissa de la Cruz and Michael Johnston, book #3 in the Heart of Dread series.
What do you think you’ll read next?
Like last week, my current plan is to read Each of Us a Desert by Mark Oshiro and The Bone Charmer by Breeana Shields. I also plan on continuing on the Lord of the Rings books by reading The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien. They are well over do for a re-read.
Please leave your WWW in comments!

You brave soul, you. I’ve been avoiding the news myself, and I tend to get it filter fed to me through other people and that’s about it. I find it hard to read if I follow it too closely, too, because then I’m caught up in all that instead of the fantasy worlds I prefer … and you’re not allowed to stab people in this world. *rolls eyes*
Ooh, I want to read The Bone Charmer myself! I’ll be interested to see what you think of it when you get to it. 🙂
Here’s my WWW post.
It’s hard to avoid. Like a train wreck. And yes, definitely read The Bone Charmer! I read it a couple of years ago and it was wonderful. I want to reread it before I read the sequel.
Just finished- Voyage of the Dawn Treader
Currently reading- Silver Chair (which is almost finished)
Reading next- Horse and His Boy
Moving right along, I see! Enjoy!
Chronicles of Narnia is an easy series to read- that is why I have gotten as far as I have
I really enjoyed Mexican Gothic – hope you do too!

The Rules for Breaking sounds tempting. Enjoy your week, and here’s MY WWW POST
I’ve only just started it, but I enjoyed the first book in the series, so I have high hopes.
I hope you are enjoying Mexican Gothic and I should probably follow your lead and do a Lord Of The Rings reread soon… It’s been too long since I last read them. I hope you will enjoy your books this week and happy reading! Here’s my WWW.
Mexican Gothic is so creepy – I love it! And yes, I am definitely enjoying my Tolkien reread. 🙂
You’re making me want to re-read the LOTR books again 🙂 Happy reading!

Great selection of books there, Denise! I LOVE The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, and I would really like to read Mexican Gothic. Happy reading! 😃

It had been a while since I had read them so it’s nice. A big contrast to Mexican Gothic, that’s for sure.
I’m planning on reading The Hobbit and LOTR very soon! I hope you’re enjoying all of your current reads 🙂

I’m enjoying it so far!
All of your currently reading books are either favorites or on my must-read list. I am with you about the news – I just couldn’t seem to stop watching it this last week.
Ugh, it’s so hard to turn away from these days. I am trying to force myself to turn it off, for my own mental health if nothing else. Books are a good distraction.
