WWW Wednesday – 11/18/20

WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!

What did you recently finish reading?

The good news is that I actually did finish a thing! Yay! Yesterday, I finished my re-read of The Amber Spyglass by Philip Pullman. Woah boy, I forgot what an emotional punch that book has at the end. I was expecting it and even then, I still wanted to cry.

What are you currently reading?

As of today, I am going to work on finishing up Prodigy by Marie Lu and Hallowed by Cynthia Hand. Those are the last two books I have left to finish from pre-reading-slump days.

What do you think you’ll read next?

The only thing I am currently projecting to read next is the next two books in those two series. That would be Champion by Marie Lu and Boundless by Cynthia Hand. The good news is that would finish up two series for me, so they won’t end up on my list of abandoned series. My GoodReads goal is currently sitting at 34 books out of 50, which given how turbulent this year has been – it’s not too bad. I doubt I’ll make it to 50, but I might make it to 40, and that’s more than what I thought I’d do. So yay!

Please leave your WWW in comments!
