Sunday Post – November 9, 2025

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly at Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news, recap what’s happened at the blog, and talk about things coming up. Let’s go!

Weekly Wrap Up

Last week was crazy busy at work, and this week looks to be worse. Not “bad” worse. Just a lot busier. A lot of balls to keep juggling. We are in the middle of our big fundraiser season, which is the main part of the business I work with, and in the week prior to Thanksgiving (November 17th-22nd for non US-ers), we will have more deliveries on our calendar that we have over entire months the rest of the year. It is pure chaos and I love it. But it is a bit tiring.

I’ve been doing better on my reading, so that’s good. Haven’t finished the two books I’m reading, but making progress. I know I’m not going to finish the Crescent City book anytime soon – that thing is over 800 pages! I will keep up with those while also reading other books, just to try and keep my book count up a bit. I’ve also done a bit better on the blog this week – yay! Didn’t quite do all the posts I planned, but definitely did most of them. Much better than I’ve been doing recently!

In crochet news, I finished a new pair of fingerless gloves. I absolutely LOVE this colorway and how it works with this pattern. I’m trying to make a scarf that will match. These will be available in my store once I can get good pictures of them. I’m hoping to finish up a few other things before I set up for photos and make any updates. Still feeling excited about Tabby Cat Textiles. I need to get better at social media to promote it better, but it’s still a work in progress.
