What did you recently finish reading?

My last WWW post was two weeks ago and, in that time, I finished both my current read and future read. I finished The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sandu Mandanna, which was extremely cute. I’ve been on a kick lately reading cute books, which isn’t a bad thing, just not what I’m used to. That’s okay, because my next book, The Women by Kristin Hannah, was the polar opposite of that. It was incredibly intense, sad but ultimately hopeful, and incredibly good.

What are you currently reading?

Continuing with my list of GoodReads Award winners, I am reading The God of the Woods by Liz Moore. It’s good so far, although a bit slow going. There are a lot of pieces to put together in this mystery, so I’m looking forward to seeing how it all connects together.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Oof, this is a good question. I’m leaning towards The Ministry of Time by Kaliane Bradley. This is another GoodReads Award winner that I actually have a copy of – some of these have been hard to find. Plus that will put me halfway through that list right around halfway through the year, so that feels pretty good.
