WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!
What did you recently finish reading?
Since last week, I finished listening to Splintered by A.G. Howard. It’s one of my favorite series, but honestly, I’m not super thrilled with the narrator. She’s okay on some of the characters, but way off on how others should sound, in my opinion. I also finished The Spellshop by Sarah Beth Durst and it was absolutely delightful. Such a cute book!

What are you currently reading?
I’m still reading Songlight by Moira Buffini and it is so good! I found it on NetGalley as a “Read Now” selection in their newsletter. I’m so glad I decided to get it. It’s coming out next week and I already know that I will be clamoring for a sequel. I also started listening to Unhinged by A.G. Howard. Same narrator as the first book in the series, so same problems, but we keep going.

What do you think you’ll read next?
That always seems to be a mystery these days. I know I’ll be listening to Ensnared by A.G. Howard, but that’s the only thing I know for sure. I had originally wanted to reread The Athena Protocol by Shamim Sarif to continue with my “Complete the Series” challenge, but I also got a copy of Subject A36 by Teri Polen from NetGalley. It will be one of those for sure, just not sure which one yet. I might go with Athena just so I can knock the series out and then start something new.

That’s my reading for the week!

Interesting looking books. A shame about the narrator. I need to keep an eye out for the Spellshop.
Have a great week!

My post:
It’s one of the cutest books I’ve read in a while.
I’ve added it to my Goodreads list! It might even make my Amazon wishlist for Christmas 🤣
