Weekly Wrap-Up

Writing this in advance because by the time this post goes up, I will be at the World Boardgaming Championships! Our family goes every year and it’s always so much fun. I’m not super competitive, but I did win an event several years ago and it was definitely a thrill.

But like any time when going on vacation, there are sooooo many things to do to get ready. Not just packing, but also making sure the house is ready, making sure there’s enough food and supplies for the cats (my mom is checking in on them for us), making sure everything at work is taken of. It’s a lot and I got a bit stressed out, but at a certain point, you just throw your hands up and say, “if it gets done, it gets done – if not, it will be here when I get back.”
