What did you recently finish reading?
I’m finally reading again, everyone! Since last week, I finished Heart Burn by C.J. Archer, book #3 in the 1st Freak House trilogy. It was a satisfying conclusion to a pretty good series. I’m glad I finally got around to reading it. I also finished Pretty Girl-13 by Liz Coley, and oh my, that one is DARK. Definitely not what I usually read, but it was so good.
What are you currently reading?
I selected another book for my Beat the Backlist challenge and just started reading The Annihilation of Foreverland by Tony Bertauski. I think this was another BookBub book (I have so many of those). It’s the first book of a trilogy and sounds like it has an interesting premise. Can’t wait to see where this goes.
What do you think you’ll read next?
If I enjoy my current read, then I plan to keep reading and move onto Foreverland is Dead by Tony Bertauski. We’ll see what happens after I finish book #1.

I’ve been fighting through a reading slump for the past few months, so any reading is good right now! I’ve read some really good stuff recently though, which always helps.
