What did you recently finish reading?

Since last week, I finished up the Truly Devious series with The Box in the Woods and Nine Liars, both by Maureen Johnson. While I enjoyed both of them, I don’t think I liked them as well as the original trilogy of books. I also read and finished Jane Anonymous by Laurie Faria Stolarz. I had read this one a few years ago for a blog tour and had wanted to do a re-read for a while now, especially since I still needed a “J” book for my A-to-Z Challenge.

What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading The Last Secret You’ll Ever Keep by Laurie Faria Stolarz. This book is technically considered the second book in the Jane Anonymous “series,” which is why I wanted to read it, but the books are only distantly connected. Both are easily standalone books. I’m really enjoying it so far though.

What do you think you’ll read next?

The next book/series that I will take on is The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness. This one has been on my radar for a while now but I never got around to reading it. It also will fill in the “K” book for the A-to-Z Challenge, which is another reason I decided to read it now. It sounds right up my alley – very dystopian and weird. Can’t wait!
