WWW Wednesday – April 14, 2021

WWW Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words. Three questions, three answers. Let’s go!

What did you recently finish reading?

I only finished one book last week, but it’s one of the ones from my “Beat the Backlist” TBR, so yay! I finished The Story of Awkward by R. K. Ryals. It was a really cute story – a little cheesy, but fun.

What are you currently reading?

I made decent progress in the other books that I am reading right now. I’ve actually done well with The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien. That one had been stagnant for a while, so I’m glad to get back to it. Haven’t made a ton of progress with The Program by Suzanne Young or Dark Disciple by Christie Golden this week, as I was focusing on finishing The Story of Awkward, but I plan on getting through them this week. Fellowship will continue to be a slow burn.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Still planning on reading The Two Towers by J.R.R. Tolkien once I finish Fellowship (eventually). Also still planning on reading The Treatment by Suzanne Young, the second book in The Program series. I also think that my next “Beat the Backlist” book will be Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard, although that would mean signing on to finish another series and I’m not sure I want to be reading three of them at once. Red Queen does fit one of the prompts for the challenge though, so we’ll see. I want to finish a few other things before I fully commit.

Hope you are all having a wonderful week! Please leave your WWW in comments!
