Hey everyone! Looks like we made it through another week! Yay!
Nowadays, I try to celebrate the little things.
My week has been pretty quiet, although I was very happy to actually finish another book and get a new review up. If you missed my review of The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins, be sure to check it out. I really enjoyed it.
I am also excited to say that I have my new Chapter-A-Long book picked out! Starting Monday, I will start reading Legend by Marie Lu. I’m really looking forward to it. I haven’t read any of her books, although I’ve seen her speak at YallFest, so this will be a whole new feeling for the Chapter-A-Longs. You’ll see my first reactions to things now instead of just commentary. It should be fun!
This afternoon and this weekend I will be helping my mom get her new kitten settled in. We’re going to pick her up this afternoon. I’ll share pictures soon! Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
