Wishing a Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow American peeps! I will be spending most of the day at my mom’s house for Thanksgiving dinner, along with family and friends. Most importantly, I have four days off from work, which is most welcome after a rough three days and a very stressful three weeks. Hope you all have a lovely day and I will (hopefully) be back to regular posting in December.

For Thanksgiving, I was in charge of the Pumpkin Pie. We visited family that day
I was in charge of pumpkin pie too, but only because I work at a bakery – no one wants me to try and cook!
